Description:

Mechanical Design Engineer
Description:
Create innovative opto-mechanical designs. In addition, you will reconcile issues concerning manufacturability & testability of subassemblies and evaluate, debug, and resolve complex problems on both systems and assembly levels. You will also participate in new product development, design reviews and define and execute projects aimed toward product improvements.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Mechanical design experience and experience with solid modeling tools
- Experience with machine shop practices desirable
- Proficiency in Solid Works a plus
Work Experience and Education:
- Successful candidates must possess a BSME
- 2-4 years of opto-mechanical design experience

Online Marketing Manager
Description:
Full-time position | Palo Alto, CA
Develop and implement all aspects of our online marketing effort. Reports to the Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize online activity to generate business
- Manage corporate website and assess site analytics
- Analyze customer and partner websites and coordinate site updates (e.g., keywords, content, tags, creation and monitoring of inbound links)

Product Manager/ Sr. Product Manager
Description:
Full-time position | Palo Alto, CA
Manage the life cycle of one or more of Sciton's aesthetic products from concept to obsolescence. Develop marketing strategies and tactics to meet corporate sales objectives. Reports to the Vice President, Worldwide Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Technical expert and advocate within worldwide Marketing for the respective products being managed
- Primary interface between the global market and R&D for product development, product extensions, and new clinical applications
- Develop knowledge of competitive products and companies and develop marketing strategies to address them
- Drive the development of ads, literature, technical papers, videos, and all collateral materials
- Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate marketing and promotional programs to determine their success
- Serve as product trainer for worldwide sales and marketing teams
- Prepare extensive launch packages for effective promotion of new products
- Work directly with key physicians to cultivate medical community relationships and monitor clinical sites/clinical research to help obtain data in order to achieve product goals
- Develop and work within program budgets
- Investigate new markets and propose new products within those markets
- Identify trends throughout the medical marketplace, especially, but not limited to laser
- Other duties and responsibilities as directed by supervisor
- Approximately 15-20% travel is required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written, verbal, organizational and analytical skills
- Demonstrated decision-making and project management skills, initiative, teamwork and success in other work related experiences
- Possess a strong ability to work independently under tight deadlines
Work Experience and Education:

- 2+ years laser industry experience preferred
